Nation’s Best Cares

With our growing success, it is our obligation to give back. Nation's Best Cares is the charitable arm of Nation's Best where we give back to our communities.

ALD, or Adrenoleukodystrophy, is a rare genetic condition that can cause severe disability and even death. Frani Broussard Denenburg started the non-profit Arrivederci ALD after she and five of her immediate family members were diagnosed with ALD in 2018. They are dedicated to finding a cure for ALD through raising funds to support research by Harvard and Stanford physicians focused on ALD research. Nation’s Best began our partnership with Arrivederci ALD in 2021 by allowing customers to “round up” their purchase to the nearest whole dollar. About the

Nation's Best Inagural Golf Tournament 2022

The Inaugural Golf Tournament was held at the Cowboys Golf Course and hosted more than 140 golfers comprised of vendor partners, customers, and associates. Following the tournament, Frani Broussard Denenburg, founder of Arrivederci ALD, Dr. Florian Eichler, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Dr. Keith van Haren, Stanford Children’s Health spoke to the group to raise awareness about ALD. Nation’s Best ended the evening by presenting Arrivederci ALD a check for $260,000 that was raised from our round-up initiative and the Inaugural Golf Tournament.
Nation’s Best would like to thank their title sponsors, DW Distribution, Quality Wholesale, Yellawood, and Azek-TimberTech, as well as their 28 other sponsors for making their Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament a huge success.

Update from

Arrivederci ALD

At the Eichler Laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital, we are making great progress on the foundational research that is helping us gain a better understanding of the biology of adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and related diseases and disorders so that we can accurately target therapeutic interventions.
Our goal, as always, is to develop meaningful therapies that can make a difference for patients everywhere. Arrivederci ALD’s ongoing support has been critical to our ability to follow the leads and pursue the most promising research. Arrivederci ALD has galvanized the progress of research in our lab allowing us to launch more studies and to publish and share our results with the world.
We are deeply grateful for your continued support of our work and are encouraged by these advances. My lab and I are encouraged and more motivated than ever to push the boundaries of scientific discovery in support of better treatment and therapies to improve the quality of life for people with ALD.
