Dallas, TX — April 13, 2026 — Nation’s Best is pleased to announce the promotion of Kim Peffley to Chief Operating Officer, effective April 12, 2026.

Peffley, who currently serves as Regional Vice President of the company’s North Region, brings more than 30 years of experience in the independent home improvement industry. In her role as RVP, she has driven significant improvements in operational performance, strengthened leadership capability, and advanced consistency across stores in her region.
Throughout her career, Peffley has built a reputation for combining operational discipline with a strong focus on people development. Her leadership has consistently resulted in improved business performance, more effective teams, and stronger organizational alignment. Since joining Nation’s Best, she has made an immediate and measurable impact, elevating execution while mentoring the next generation of leaders.

She is also widely recognized in the industry for her thought leadership, including her “Ask Kim” advisory column and her recent recognition with the NHS How Women Rise: Leadership Excellence Award.

In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, Peffley will oversee operations across Nation’s Best, focusing on driving consistency, strengthening leadership capability, and positioning the company for continued growth.
